At Tough Trade, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below:

Unopened and Unused Items: We accept returns for product value on all items that are unopened and unused. These items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Opened/Used Items: We do not accept returns for any items that have been opened or used. Any used products returned to us will be discarded, and no refund or reshipment will be issued.
Damaged Retail Packaging: Orders arriving with damaged retail packaging do not qualify for replacement or refund.
Reshipped Items: Items reshipped due to missing shipments are not eligible for a refund.

If you believe an item is defective or if you received an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to us with your order number and photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
Verification: Once we verify the defect or error, we will ship a replacement package to you at our expense. Defective products are not eligible for refunds, and you do not need to return the incorrect/defective item to us.

If you wish to return an unopened item for a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Inform us of your intention to return the item(s).
Shipping Costs: Note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us.
Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item(s), less the original shipping fee, as long as the items are unopened and unused.

Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your returned item to process your return.

We do not issue partial product value refunds on package deals; all items in the package must be returned together.

Used or opened items returned to us will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
