Important Notice

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or show signs of damage to the original packaging. Items returned in these conditions will be discarded without a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Package Deals: For bundle or package deals, all items must be returned together. Partial returns of package deals are not eligible for refunds.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within five business days after we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

Defective Item Policy

If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps to ensure prompt assistance:

  • Report Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of delivery, providing your order ID and clear photos of the issue.
  • Replacement Process: Upon verification of the defect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not available for defective items.
