For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging. This policy exists to protect every customer.
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original, sealed packaging
- Defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale
