Plain Packaging, Always
Every order ships in a plain brown box or poly mailer. No Tough Trade Co. branding, no product names, no hint of contents visible on the outside. The return address is a generic business name.
Discreet Billing Statement
Your bank or credit card statement will show a generic business name — not Tough Trade Co. and not anything that indicates what was purchased. This applies to every transaction, every time.
Your Data Stays Yours
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. Your order history, email address, and purchase data are used only to fulfill your order and improve your experience with us. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
No-Judgment Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be accepted. Contact us before sending anything back and we’ll walk you through it without any awkwardness.
Common Questions
What exactly will I see on my bank statement?
A generic business name — something like “TTC Holdings” or similar. It will not say Tough Trade Co. or anything that indicates the nature of the purchase. This is consistent across all payment methods.
Will anyone be able to tell what’s in the package?
No. The exterior of every package is completely plain — plain box or mailer, no product information, no brand identification, no clues about contents. The packing slip inside lists items by product name only, not category.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Guest orders are still fully tracked and supported — you’ll receive a tracking email and can use our Order Tracking page with your order number and email.
What do I do if something goes wrong?
Email us at [email protected]. We respond within one business day. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace or refund at no cost.
Is this site secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your full payment card details.
