Returns
For hygiene and health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers and is non-negotiable.
Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
