Tough Trade Co. Shipping Policy

At Tough Trade Co., we strive to ensure your order is shipped promptly and discreetly. Please find our comprehensive shipping policy below: 

Domestic Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States.
  • Carriers: We ship domestic orders via UPS or USPS.
  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with a shipping label listing T.T. Enterprise, LLC, with no reference to “Tough Trade” or adult products.
  • No Signature Required: Carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or on your porch if the area is secure. If not secure, a notice will be posted with instructions for obtaining your order.

International Shipping

  • Carriers: International orders ship via UPS.
  • Customs Fees: International orders may incur additional customs fees and duties not included in the shipping price. Customers are responsible for customs fees. 
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to certain countries due to customs issues and non-delivery. The list of excluded countries is subject to change.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package leaves our warehouse.
  • The tracking number activates when UPS or USPS scans the package at their sorting facility, usually by 7 PM PST.
  • To track your order at any time, please visit our Order Tracking page.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changing or Canceling Orders: Contact our customer service team immediately with your order ID to change or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee changes before the order ships.
  • Address Modifications: You can modify the shipping address before the order ships. While we cannot guarantee address modifications after shipping, we will attempt to update it if you contact us before delivery. Post-shipped address changes may delay delivery.

Missing Packages

  • If your package hasn’t arrived, please wait 72 hours before contacting us. Provide your order ID, full name, and shipping address. We’ll verify the shipping information, file a trace with UPS, and send a replacement order with upgraded shipping if necessary.
